13th Annual Nun Run

The Nun Run is an annual fundraising event to support Our Lady of Solitude Monastery and the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration in the Diocese of Phoenix. This race is for the novice runner and the competitive racer alike. It is a family-friendly event.
As in years past, they are so happy to offer a variety of race options: 10K run, 5K run/walk, 1 mi walk and a virtual prayer walk. It is our hope that the Prayer Walk will open up the door for EVERYONE to be able to “Nun Run”. Whether it’s a long prayerful walk or just a few steps, the Prayer Walk is for those who want to take a Rosary Walk, a stroll with your little ones, or for those who – due to health limitations or age – are unable to take part in the Nun Run physically but are prayerfully united to us in the spiritual exercise of intercession and prayer.
Adults $35 before Feb. 20; $40 until March 4; $45 race day
Children 18 and under are $15 before Race day; $45 on race day
Virtual packets will be mailed the week of Feb. 23rd if registered by Feb. 9th. All other packets will be mailed the week of March 9th
PLEASE NOTE: Should COVID restrictions change before Race Day, there is a possibility that all registered onsite participants will need to take part virtually. In which case, though refunds will not be issued, a race shirt will be mailed to each registered participant.
