It’s Back to School Time at Catholic Charities! We provide FREE early childhood education services for young children and expecting parents! Westside Head Start and Early Head Start serve children under age 5 with in-home and classroom services. These services are offered to families living in Glendale, Tolleson, Peoria, El Mirage, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear and Buckeye.
