Join Arizona Life Coalition and Our Lady of Lourdes Respect Life to kick off National Hospice and Palliative Care Month
with our FIRST EVER ‘First Saturday for Life’ talk on Catholic Ethics in Healthcare!
We will begin with Holy Mass, fellowship + a continental brunch (compliments of Our Lady of Lourdes parish), and a talk by Christine Minch, a founder and Executive Director of Americare Hospice & Palliative Care. Christine holds an impressive Health Care Ethics Certification through the National Catholic Bioethics Center and leads the hospice team on a conscientious approach to end-of-life care based on moral principles and ethical directives. Americare Hospice and Palliative Care is a Diocese of Phoenix approved Catholic organization dedicated to serving people of all faiths.
Christine will discuss Church teaching on ethical and religious directives for Catholic healthcare services, and how to make critical (and everyday) healthcare decisions according to our Catholic faith. Don’t miss this powerful morning for life!
