Mardi Gras Celebration Presented by St Francis Xavier Knights of Columbus Council

Mardi gras Celebration, Live Music, Cajun – Creole Food, Open Bar, and Dancing. A night of Mardi Gras Revelry. Live Cajun and Zydeco music by Billy Lee and the Swamp Critters. Amazing Cajun and Creole food. The evening kicks off with a Crawfish Boil over 100 pounds of Crawfish, Shrimp, Corn on the Cobb, and Potatoes served on a 25 foot table. There will be 3 pours of the boil in the first hour of the celebration. Followed by a 2 buffet lines that will serve Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Etoufee. Desert will be King Cake. There will be an open bar in addition to a Frozen Hurricanes all night. All for $60 in advance. Special seating available. The party gets started at 6pm and will conclude at 10pm.
