St. Louis The King Parish in Glendale, AZ will host the Fifth annual Marian Days with the theme “Mary: Mother of Divine Mercy”. This is the celebration to honor Our Lady, Our Blessed Mother.
The event will begin at 5:00PM on Friday, October 4th, 2024. The Opening Mass will have The Most Reverend John P. Dolan, bishop of Phoenix, The Most Reverend Michael Pham, auxiliary bishop of San Diego, and The Most Reverend John Tran, auxiliary bishop of Atlanta. Concelebrants are local priests in the diocese and visiting priests from different states.
On Saturday October 5th, there will be several workshops to learn more about the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy in Vietnamese and Spanish. Come spend time with God in Adoration, reconciliation, chaplet of divine mercy, and rosary procession. The procession will begin at 5:00PM and Rosaries will be prayed in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. The pontifical Mass in memorial of Our Lady of the Rosary will be followed after the procession.
The Closing Mass with the special blessings will be at 10:00AM on Sunday October 6th.
Join us in expressing love and devotion to Mary. Come to see and experience the many different cultures at St. Louis The King Parish – European American, Hispanic, Vietnamese, Burmese, and Eritrean. Foods, entertainment, and gift shops are parts of the events as well.
