The Role of Prophets in Christian-Muslim Dialogue with Fr. Steven McMichael
What are possible areas of common ground between Christians and Muslims in the contemporary world? This presentation highlights the similarities and differences between Christians and Muslims regarding the prophets in the history of salvation and revelation. We will explore the role of the prophets in ancient Israel, Jesus as prophet in the New Testament, and the prophethood of Muhammad. We will see how this topic may lead to greater understanding and esteem among Christians and Muslims.
