How can we best “welcome the stranger?”
“‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'” – Matthew 25:35-36
Christ challenged us to care for and look after our neighbors — in particular those we do not know. What issues and obstacles do our migrant neighbors face? Hear from experts in the field on current issues that migrants face coming to the USA, and how we can best “welcome the stranger”. Q&A session will follow along with suggested actions to take on after the event.
